The KLHomes Process begins with listening + learning about YOU, your needs and desires for a space. The vision is verbally communicated as early as our first 1hr free consultation on site.

After this meeting a proposal will be put together offering Design Services broken down into 3 designated packages defined by Phases.

Typically the phases will look like this…

PHASE 1 | VISION + DESIGN (The What)

Visual Communications of the Design Proposal depend on project scope but usually include Concept Boards and Renderings with purchase ready materials and spec sheets. 

PHASE 2 | PLANNING + PROJECT COORDINATION (The How)

In Phase 2, KLHomes develops realistic project timelines and construction details. Ultimately setting you up with a team of professionals ready to take on, and understand your project. 

PHASE 3 | PROJECT MANAGEMENT + IMPLEMENTATION (Get it Done)

Phase 3 ensures you get what we planned on from the first initial meeting. This includes, but is not limited to hours of on site project coordination and creativity until the job is complete with the selected materials installed and ready for use.
